He has hands on experience in every aspect of Service Marketing, from conducting voice of customer for service, implementing digital services solutions, to successfully launching service products, and beyond. The solutions he has developed have generated millions in revenue, boosted customer loyalty and significantly increased the efficiency of sales and service teams.

Ana-Paula Fernandes is a focused and passionate business executive with 25+ years of commercial leadership and general management experience in the Life Sciences industry.

 

She started new companies and businesses in North America, South America, Europe, and Asia, introducing disruptive tools and services that improved research, diagnosis, and treatment, often resulting in new diagnostics tests, drug targets, and novel therapies. Ana-Paula has held various leadership roles with Roche Diagnostics, Mettler-Toledo Rainin, Applied Biosystems / Life Technologies, and Precision NanoSystems.
