Consulting
Often instrument manufacturers prefer to lead the service business development and implementation from start to finish but need advice to do it properly. Consulting provides the opportunity to discuss any services marketing and sales topic. One session may be used to discuss which elements belong in a flyer. In contrast, in another, we discuss how to develop and roll out service sales incentives, or yet on another occasion, we may discuss how to ensure services are profitable.
How does it work?
We agree on a reoccurring meeting schedule from the onset, and topics for discussion are agreed upon before each meeting. We will provide not only advice, case studies based on similar situations (company names withheld) and, when applicable, supporting materials from our advisory board comprising services marketing and sales experts.
